Install, requirements, and first project
What is MacFullStack
Local PHP stack for Mac: no Docker Desktop by default, Docker when you need isolation.
Install and first DMG launch
Download from the site, open the DMG, work around Gatekeeper if needed, launch the app.
System requirements
macOS 14+, free ports; Docker Desktop only for Docker mode.
First run and onboarding
Choose Native or Docker, start the stack, create the first project.

New project from a template, dns-label name, .localhost URL, and card quick actions.
