Stack tab

Start and stop services, doctor --stack diagnostics, Native vs Docker differences.

The Stack tab controls the selected runtime.

Native

Starts and stops managed nginx/php-fpm and configured services on macOS. No container rebuild, container shell, or per-container resource stats. Services without an installed artifact show Install / install-only status.

Docker

Starts and stops containers, rebuilds the web image, shows compose diagnostics, opens container logs or shell, restarts services, and shows CPU/memory.

Summary and quick links expose the same service set in both modes; only container controls are Docker-specific.

Diagnostics

More → Diagnostics on Stack (or the startup sheet) runs macstack doctor --stack for a full report.
