Site and software terms of use

These terms govern use of the Site https://macfullstack.ru and the MacFullStack Program, including the Free plan. Paid Pro/Teams grants are governed by the public offer; if they conflict on a paid license, the offer prevails. This English page is a translation; the Russian text prevails.

1. The site

Site materials describe the Program and are not an offer until you accept the separate public offer on the checkout page. Prices are in rubles; the binding amount is the order after it is locked.

Do not interfere with the Site, circumvent technical limits, scrape other users’ data, or use the Site for spam or other unlawful activity.

2. Account

An Account may be created by a person aged 18+. You must provide a genuine email and keep the password confidential. Actions from the Account are treated as yours until you promptly report unauthorised use to support@macfullstack.ru.

The Seller may suspend access on a reasonable suspicion of breach of the offer, these terms, or security, and will email you unless notice would harm an investigation.

3. Free and paid plans

Free: one PHP project plus related services listed on the Site (typically MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Mailpit, and phpMyAdmin). Pro and Teams unlock the stated full stack and seat/device limits for the Plan term.

Free is a simple (non-exclusive) royalty-free license for as long as the Seller distributes that build, and may be changed or ended for future versions. That does not affect already paid Pro/Teams until their term ends.

When a paid Plan ends, the Program returns to Free: projects and data on your Mac are not deleted.

4. Intellectual property

Exclusive rights in the Program, the Site, the MacFullStack designations, and related materials belong to the rightholder, except third-party rights in open components and other parties’ trademarks (Apple, Laravel, Bitrix, and similar names are used to describe compatibility).

Projects you create with the Program belong to you except for the Program itself and third-party components.

5. Third-party software

The stack may include nginx, PHP, a database, Redis, and other software under their own licenses. You must comply with those licenses. The Seller does not grant you those rightholders’ rights beyond what their licenses and the shipped build provide.

6. Acceptable use

Do not circumvent license limits, attack the Site infrastructure, or use the Program or Site for spam, malware, or other illegal activity. Local projects, their security, backups, and 152-FZ compliance for your own databases are your responsibility.

7. Messages

By sending a message through the Site you warrant that you may submit that content, and you grant the Seller the right to use the information solely to reply and to improve the product, without publishing your text as a testimonial without separate consent.

8. Refunds

Paid-license refunds follow the offer and the refund page. Email: support@macfullstack.ru.

9. Changes and governing law

The Seller may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after publication means you accept changes that do not require a separate offer acceptance.

Governing law is the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes follow the offer where it applies, otherwise the law, with consumer-protection rules taking priority where they apply.
