License refunds
A short summary of section 12 of the public offer. If this page and the offer differ, the offer prevails.
Voluntary 14-day window
Beyond mandatory law, the Seller accepts a refund request within 14 calendar days of payment if the key was not used to activate Pro/Teams on a production server or a host that serves your clients. Local activation to evaluate the app is allowed: ask in the email for the key to be revoked.
How to request
Email support@macfullstack.ru from the purchase address. Include the order email, payment date or amount, and the key if you have it. We reply within 10 business days unless the law sets another period. YooKassa refunds go to the original payment method when possible; bank-transfer refunds go back to the payer’s account.
When the voluntary refund does not apply
After 14 days; if Teams seats were already given to people outside your organisation; if the key was used in real work rather than evaluation. Ambiguous cases are reviewed in good faith, but that does not expand mandatory rights or create a duty beyond the offer.
Consumer protection law
Natural-person buyers are covered by Russian Federation Law No. 2300-1. The key is an electronic result: after it is delivered, a change-of-mind withdrawal generally does not apply except where the law requires otherwise. Defects, misleading information, and other mandatory grounds are not limited by the offer’s voluntary window.
