I want the Cursor agent to see projects and Doctor, with no cloud and no extra subscription. Do I need a paid MacFullStack license?
Is MCP for Cursor on Free, or is that Pro?
MCP ships on Free. The CLI runs a local server: project list, stack status, Doctor, logs, start/stop. No MacFullStack cloud account is required — the agent talks to your Mac, not to us.

Pro does not “unlock MCP”. It unlocks more projects and services that same agent can already see. Install Free and wire Cursor first; buy a license when one PHP slot is no longer enough — pricing.
