Payments, delivery, and security

1. About the product

MacFullStack is software / a digital license product for local web development on macOS. The site sells Pro and Teams licenses for the MacFullStack software.

Country of origin: Russia. The product is not a physical good and does not require courier shipment.

2. Payment methods

Payments are accepted through T-Bank internet acquiring, including the T-Bank payment form and T-Pay, as well as bank cards and methods shown in the bank checkout form at the time of payment.

Card details are entered on the protected payment-provider side. The seller does not receive or store the full card number, CVC/CVV, or other sensitive payment details.

3. Buyer support

Buyer support: support@macfullstack.ru. The support phone published on this page is used for payment, licensing, refund, and access-to-product questions.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Refund terms and procedure are described on the dedicated refund page and apply to the digital license subject to Russian law and the nature of the product.

To cancel an order or request a refund, email support@macfullstack.ru from the purchase address and include the payment date, amount, or order number. A short refund summary is also linked below.

5. Delivery / digital fulfillment

The product is a digital license. After successful payment, the key is shown automatically on the success page and sent to the buyer by email.

Normal fulfillment time is immediate or within a short automated processing window after payment confirmation. Availability region: worldwide except jurisdictions where sale of such software is prohibited by applicable law.

6. Seller information and address

The seller publishes its business address, email, support phone, and the details needed to identify the contracting party.

7. Restrictions and prohibited goods

The site sells only licenses for its own software and does not offer goods prohibited for sale. Where export, sanctions, or other legal restrictions apply, the seller may refuse sale or fulfillment in the affected jurisdiction.

8. Information security and secure transmission of data

Payment and personal data are transmitted over protected HTTPS/TLS channels. Administrative and customer-facing forms are protected by site controls including session handling, CSRF protection, and rate limiting.
